Hello EP Cyclists Club Members! It is that time of year to nominate and elect positions for our board in accordance with our by-laws.
Only active club members can be nominated for a position and participate in the vote. Board positions can either be nominated or volunteered for by our members. It has been a while since we have conducted elections as outlined in our by-laws. The position descriptions for the Board can be found in the By-Laws in the Member Resources section.
Timelines:
- Nominations/Volunteers: 21 November – 4 December 2024
- Member Voting: 5-18 December 2024
- Results Announced at our Annual Christmas Party to be scheduled between 18-30 December 2024
Elected Board Members will begin positions starting 1 January 2025.
